I went out with my wife of nearly 29 years last night. We went to a Mexican restaurant I had never been to.
By far they had the best guacamole I have ever had at a Mexican eatery. What usually passes as guacamole
is a tasteless nasty green paste that might be better used as some type of axle grease. This guacamole had
substance and flavor to it. However, it is still not near as good as the guacamole that my daughter, Alyssa,
makes. Hers is addictive. (Truth disclaimer: I got the recipe she uses from my brother Ron....)
We enjoyed listening to the weekly bluegrass jam session up at Tallulah Falls and just watching people.
